Experimental Vibrating Cup Mill "MC-4A"
It finely grinds a very small amount of sample required for testing and research analysis in a short time.
The experimental vibration-type cup mill "MC-4A" finely grinds a very small amount of sample (approximately 10ml) required for testing and research analytical instruments (such as X-ray analysis equipment) in a short time. It is a compact, tabletop grinder that utilizes rotary motion and has minimal vibration. It uses a wide-bottomed, flat barrel-shaped container and rod-shaped grinding media, allowing for four containers to be set simultaneously. Compared to mills that use spherical balls, it has lower adhesion rates and heat generation, making post-grinding cleaning easy. The barrel is available in seven different materials: Meno, partially stabilized zirconia, Hi-alumina, hardened steel (quenched), stainless steel, tungsten carbide steel, and polyamide resin.
